General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses, services, and products provided by Career4Sport. By enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Course Booking & Payment

A deposit or full payment is required to secure your place on a course.
Certificates will not be issued until all outstanding course fees have been paid in full.

Students may request to transfer to an alternative course date. Requests will be considered subject to availability and at the discretion of Career4Sport.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are normally non-refundable except where required by law or where Career4Sport cancels the course.
Full refunds may be issued if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the course start date.
No refunds are available within 14 days of the course start date.
Career4Sport reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses; in such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be provided.

Course Access & Content

Students will receive access to online learning materials upon enrolment.

Access to online learning materials is provided for the personal use of the enrolled student only and may not be shared, reproduced or distributed.
Access is provided for lifetime use unless otherwise stated.
Course materials must not be shared, copied, or distributed.

Attendance & Certification

Students must attend all required practical sessions.
All assessments must be completed to achieve certification.
Certification is awarded through Focus Awards upon successful completion.

Student Responsibilities

Students must behave professionally during all training sessions.
Career4Sport reserves the right to remove any student for inappropriate behaviour without refund.

Liability

Career4Sport will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe learning environment. Students are expected to follow all tutor instructions and health and safety guidance throughout the course.

Changes to Courses

Career4Sport reserves the right to update course content, structure, or delivery methods to maintain quality and standards.

Photography

Photographs and video may occasionally be taken during courses for promotional purposes. Students who do not wish to appear should notify the tutor before the course begins.

Intellectual Property

All course manuals, presentations, videos, workbooks, assessments and online learning materials remain the intellectual property of Career4Sport and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed or used to deliver training without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the courts of Northern Ireland shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Medical Suitability

Students are responsible for informing Career4Sport of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation.

Force majeure

Career4Sport shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, venue issues, illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
