Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training

I progressed my education with John’s teaching from aromatherapy techniques and a level 3 in Anatomy & Physiology and learned my sports work. I found John’s knowledge and hands on way of learning very beneficial. Nothing was ever too much trouble being a kinesthetic learner, John always had patience to show me techniques and how to palpate and locate anatomy. I went on to learn dry needling and I done my first cup therapy course with John as well. If you like to learn and have fun along the way John is the man. I also received some of the best treatment for my own injuries whilst learning! Recommended! I’ve taken this knowledge and went on to become a PT and also now teach pilates as well. Completing the cupping therapy CPD course with John significantly enhanced my skills and confidence as a massage therapist.
